The Advert

So today I spent the whole day shooting and then editing the advert. It took a while and there were a lot of issues with the video format but eventually it is up and running!

Pen Portrait

This is the pen portrait for a typical Sweaty Betty customer, her name is Melody Willows and she is an Interior Designer.

Posters

I have been trying to workout the posters for the campaign and so far I have come up with a few. I am trying to keep them simple and to the point so that what they are saying doesn't get lost. They will be in Sweaty Betty colours, which are a purple grey, pink and lilac.

About Sweaty Betty

Charity begins at homeWe are always doing something daft to raise money for charity, whether it's taking our bras off for a bra amnesty, running for miles in the rain or cycling from London to Brighton! It feels good to give something back so when we can we do (even if it sometimes hurts!).

Thomas the RabbitSnowy, a white dwarf lop-eared rabbit that belongs to Daisy (aged eight) is the main beneficiary of our paper recycling policy (for those of you re-visiting these pages I am afraid Thomas the rabbit has been 'replaced' by Snowy). Our shredded paper (minus any staples - ouch) provides warm and dry bedding for Snowy all year round. All she needs now is a bunny friend, although we don't generate enough waste for lots of baby bunnies!

Our purpose
To inspire women to find empowerment through fitness.

Our core beliefs
Healthy + fit = happy
We believe in inspiring our customers to lead active lives – because it feels great.

Practice what we preach
We are evangelical. ‘Pass on the knowledge’, ‘share the energy’, ‘explain the benefits’ (we cannot help ourselves)

Sweaty Betty it is!

I've decided that I'm going to do Sweaty Betty! I think that I will be able to do a project about it and that I will have enough to write. Sweaty Betty will be stretched into gyms.

Sweaty Betty sweatyBetty

Sweaty Betty Gyms will be women only and be an oasis of calm, they will have the latest equipment and offer the newest and most effective classes. Staff will be highly qualified and be at hand to answer any questions and offer advice on how to improved your workout or specific moves, postures or use of equipment. Personal training will also be offered and every member (Betties) will be given 2 free sessions when they sign up. All gyms will have workout studios, a main gym, power plates zone, meditation room, cafĂ© and changing rooms with showers. Certain gyms will also have a swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. The gyms will either be located next to or near one of the current Sweaty Betty shops and if not there will be a small shop at the gym selling Sweaty Betty clothing and accessories. There will be free WiFi available for all at the gym so that Betties can check their emails when ever they want. There will be plasma screens in certain sections of the gym that will have Sky channels as well as music channels to watch. Betties will also be able to borrow iPods if they have forgotten theirs from the main reception desk.
